Four Paddle Condominium
Four Paddle, 2140 Kuhio Ave is a 25 story high rise across the street from the Ritz Carlton. Each condo has one bedroom with a full bath, kitchen, dining space, free secured parking spot, washer & dryer in the unit and a lanai. Every unit has Central Air Conditioning with individual control in each unit. The complex has a newly renovated 5th floor, ocean side recreation deck with a salt water pool, sauna and hot tub, gas grills and outdoor dining areas. The beautiful pool and dining deck on 5th floor are available for your use. The building has assigned covered parking, attended lobby, 3 elevators for quick entry and a convenient covered, off-street loading and unloading area. Units are furnished with full kitchen, stacked laundry, full bath, non-smoking and no pets are allowed. It is conveniently located for dining, shopping, and Waikiki Beach is only a short walk. The Bus stop is just outside the building entry on Kuhio Ave. The pool deck area was updated in 2023.Note: The unit, lanai, parking and all common areas of this building are no smoking which includes no 'vaping'.
