Rates
Rental Rates ($US) for Two (2) Persons; some units can provide rates for up to six (6) persons.
Unit availability can be viewed on the link for each unit which shows a monthly calendar.
Rates are subject to change and confirmed only with a Confirmation letter.
Rates vary by building and unit, please email for specifics with your requested dates. A rate range is shown for each unit on it's information page.
Hawaii State Taxes are additional to condo rental:
Add 4.712% GET, 10.25% TAT and 3% OTAT Hawaii State Taxes plus (HI tax total is 17.962%) departure cleaning fee of $142 to $210. General Excise Tax is charged on the cleaning fees. Cleaning fees vary by building and unit.
Payable in advance:
Cleaning fee collected to hold dates. Security Deposit and Key Deposit per Rental will be specified in Confirmation letter. All Deposits and final payment is required 30 days prior to occupancy. (60 days prior for December to March rental dates.)

- Unit/Building Rules are sent out prior to confirmation.
- No smoking in the unit or on the lanai or any common areas in any building.
- All deposits forfeited if anyone smokes in the unit or on the lanai.
- Deposits are not pre-paid rent and are refundable after unit is checked and keys are returned as directed.
- Guests agree to hold owner/agent harmless from all liability, loss or damage resulting from carelessness, neglect or improper conduct of guests and their visitors.
- A refund for cancellation, after full full paymemt is received, will only be available if the unit is fully re-rented for the time period. Deposits are not pre-paid rent.
