Each condo offers all the amenities of home including bed linens and towels (including beach towels). There's a coin-operated washer and dryer in complex. Units comes complete with a flat screen TV, DVD, stereo, answering machine, and a phone for local service. Long-distance calls must be made with a calling card. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishes, pans, refrigerator, a stove/oven, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, and rice maker. Each unit is air-conditioned, and most have a ceiling fan in the bedroom. An ironing board, iron and hair dryer are in the unit for your convenience. Each unit includes private WiFi inside the unit.

This updated unit has everything you need for your Waikiki vacation. The futon sofa opens to a double bed. The lanai can be reached from the bedroom. The bedroom can be opened to the living room or private by closing the sliding doors. Entry to the bathroom can be from the bedroom or kitchen due to the vanity/dressing area before the bathroom entrance.

It is in the perfect location, close to the beach, International Marketplace and Waikiki’s best restaurants. We love the old school feeling of the complex and enjoy the casual poolside patio and Bar-B-Q. Patty the condo manager is local and is exceptional. The condo is always well maintained and clean and any small problems that have come up (and they are few) are promptly attended to. We would highly recommend 203 if you are looking for a comfortable and reasonably priced condo in the heart of Waikiki!"
