We try to anticipate questions you might have about our units below. If you need additional information, please send an email to WaikikiRental@aol.com. Additionally, each condo building has more specific information on its page.
- What are the deposit requirements?
Receipt of Cleaning Fee to secure rental dates. This rental deposit will not be returned in the event of a cancellation. This rental deposit will be applied to your total rental costs. Security and Key and Cleaning deposits will not be used toward the rental cost. The Security and Key Deposits are refundable after the condo has been checked with no damages or missing items and the key returned as directed.

- What is your cancellation policy?
A deposit of units Cleaning Fee is required to hold the dates. Full payment of all funds is due 30 days prior to occupancy. Full payment of all funds 60 days prior to occupancy for December thru March rentals. If cancelled prior to the final payment date a fee of $50.00 US will be kept for processing and the remainder returned. If full payment has been received, the Security, key and cleaning fee will be refunded and only the portion of rents and fees that are able to be rented to another tenant will be refunded.
- What is the minimum rental time period?
All condos rent for 30 nights or longer.
- Is there parking there?
See the building information. Four Paddle and Waikiki Lanais have a single parking space assigned with the unit.
- How do we get the condo keys?
After agent's receipt of full payment and your flight information of arrival and departure time you will be notified how keys will be delivered.
- How many people can stay at the condo at one time?
A maximum of four (4) people (this includes children) for most units. 5th or 6th person may be allowed in two bedroom units with approval in writing at time of confirmation.
- Who cleans the condo when we leave?
The cleaning staff will be in to clean the unit. A departure cleaning checklist is to be followed by all tenants prior to departure. Daily maid service is not provided and clients are expected to do daily cleaning. A cleaning fee will be charged and detailed in the rental agreement.
- Is there a swimming pool at the condo complex?
Yes, see the details about each building and the beach is just a short walk away!
- What is the smoking policy?
No smoking (including 'Vaping') is allowed in the condo or on the lanai. The secuity and key deposit fee will be forfeited if smoking has been done in the unit or on the lanai. All buildings listed are non-smoking and 'no vaping' for the entire building and common areas.
- Where is the nearest grocery store?
An information binder is in the condo. It lists local activities, phone numbers, stores etc. We also recommend the book series 'Oahu Revealed' by Wizard Publications Inc.
