The living room has a flat panel 46" TV, bedroom flat panel 32" TV. Unit includes all linens (including beach towels), kitchen items, beach chairs, and beach umbrella. The kitchen, living room, bedroom and bath have been remodeled. The kitchen has solid cherry wood cabinets with granite counters and easy glide drawers and doors with self closing feature for a quiet space. The spacious counter allows for easy meal preparation and serving. The Living Room opens to a lanai with view of palm trees and canal. The living room has a full size sleeper sofa bed. The unit is best set up for 2 persons. A hallway from living area provides separate entrances to bedroom and bath area. The bath was remodeled with a new vanity, mirror and entry door. The shower/bath area has a large walk in shower equipped with safety rails and an adjustable height shower head. Hair dryer, iron, ironing board, laundry soap. microwave. coffee maker, hot water pot, rice cooker and cable TV.

The building is across the street from the Ritz Carlton on Kuhio Ave. Each unit has Central Air Conditioning with individual control in each unit. The complex has a newly renovated 5th floor, ocean side recreation deck with a salt water pool, sauna, hot tub, gas grills and outdoor dining areas. There are stairs to the pool area, spa and to the BBQ area. The building has assigned covered parking, attended lobby, and convenient covered, off-street loading and unloading area. All units are furnished with full kitchen, stacked laundry, full bath, non-smoking and no pets are allowed. It is conveniently located for dining, shopping, and Waikiki Beach is only a short walk. The Bus stop is just outside the building entry on Kuhio Ave.

"We have been renting unit 709 at Four Paddle in Oahu for three months each year since 2016. It truly is our home away from home. We can’t think of anything negative in our years there. The building has 24/7 security and is very well maintained. On the fifth floor there is a pool and spa plus barbecues and tables for eating outside. The unit itself is wonderful and the corner location has lovely mountain and canal views. It is so convenient having a washer and dryer in the unit. There is no better place to spend a Hawaii vacation."

"I have rented the #709 condo at the Four Paddle in Waikiki for over 17 yrs. A bright, cheerful, up to date, spotless condo with every amenity and a lanai. A well maintained building with round the clock security. Clean pool, hot tub and a wonderful area with barbecues, tables, fridge sink etc. Bus stops right out front and short walk to beach with many stores & restaurants nearby. Best of all wonderful owners, and a quiet maintained building. I love the Four Paddle."
